Years of knowledge about real estate, the processes, reaching potential buyers and attention to detail is what I noticed first. Without a doubt, they were the most "on top of things" of any agents I have dealt with (and I have purchases 7 homes)! Their advice on selling prep for my property was spot on. They were very willing to hold open houses, and always provided me a full recap and followed up with the realtors who showed the property, or the clients who came without a realtor. We had a few dead end or dead beat type buyers, but they spent time with them to make sure they had what was needed to make an offer. I respect and trust both Lynn and Alison.
